Amanda Peacock is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a Masters in Applied Disability Studies. Amanda has been supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorders, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and dual diagnosis for over 10 years.
Amanda is passionate about practising Applied Behaviour Analysis to improve the lives of individuals of all abilities, and is committed to providing the best treatment and care by implementing evidence based practices. In her multiple roles at a leading agency in Toronto, Geneva Centre for Autism, she gained experience consulting with hospitals, schools, community agencies, and working hands on in family homes. Amanda has a passion for continued education and has recently completed courses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to continue to add to her toolbox when working with clients.
A strong academic background in ABA combined with hands- on experience in roles such as a consulting with severe challenging behaviours and supervising an Intensive Behaviour Intervention program has given Amanda the confidence and desire return to her hometown and support clients in the Guelph and Wellington Area.
